Refund & Cancellation

Our policies regarding service cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To better serve our patients, we require at least 4 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

  • If you cancel more than 4 hours before your scheduled time, no fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment or "no-shows" may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the session cost.

2. Refund Policy for Single Sessions

Refunds for single sessions booked and paid for online are processed under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: If the cancellation is made more than 4 hours before the appointment.
  • Partial Refund: If the clinic has to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and a suitable alternate time cannot be found.
  • No Refund: For "no-shows" or cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time.

3. Refund Policy for Packages

Packages are offered at discounted rates based on a commitment to multiple sessions. Our refund policy for packages is as follows:

  • Packages are generally non-refundable once the first session has been attended.
  • If a medical emergency prevents you from completing a package, a pro-rated refund may be issued after deducting the full (non-discounted) price for sessions already attended.
  • Validity of packages is usually 3-6 months depending on the plan purchased. No refunds are issued for expired sessions.

4. Processing Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction within 5-7 working days.

Please note that banking delays are beyond our control and may extend this period slightly.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with the quality of our service, please contact us immediately. While we do not offer refunds for services already rendered, we are committed to addressing your concerns and ensuring your recovery path is satisfactory.
