We understand that schedules change. To better serve our patients, we require at least 4 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction within 5-7 working days.
Please note that banking delays are beyond our control and may extend this period slightly.
