Service Delivery Policy

At Touch Of Cure, we provide physiotherapy services. Since we do not sell physical products, "shipping" is not applicable in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to the timely "delivery" of our medical services.

1. Service Delivery Channels

Our services are delivered through two primary channels:

• In-Clinic Consultations: Services are provided at one of our premium centers located across Delhi NCR.
• Home Visit Physiotherapy: Our certified physiotherapists visit your residence to provide personalized care.

2. Timelines for Delivery

• Booking Confirmation: Once you book an appointment and pay online, you will receive an instant confirmation via SMS and Email.
• Service Execution: The service is delivered at the date and time specified in your booking.
• Home Visits: For home visits, our therapist will arrive within +/- 15 minutes of the scheduled time, depending on traffic conditions in Delhi NCR.

3. Digital Products

If you purchase a digital exercise plan or an online consultation report, it will be delivered to your registered email address or WhatsApp number within 24 hours of the session.

4. Geographic Coverage

Clinic services are limited to our physical locations. Home visit services are available in select areas of Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. Please check availability for your pin code at the time of booking.

5. Service Delays

In case of any delay due to therapist availability or emergency, we will notify you at least 1 hour in advance and offer a rescheduling or a full refund.
